My name is Christiana Iwiyisi Mensah, a proud student of Asoro Grammar School.

My journey with the Osaide foundation for girls has indeed been a productive and exciting one, their love and support brought out my potentials and greatly inspired me to focus more on my studies and chase my dreams.

Ever since I became an awardee and a member of the Osaide for Girls foundation, I have tremendously improved in my focus and determination level especially when we come together and I see notable, dignified and highly esteemed female Engineers who have made great impact in their society and the world at large.

In our society today, the Girl child is vulnerable to various social vices such as Child abuse, human trafficking, restrictions in making life's decisions etc all these can be traced to poor literacy and ignorance of their rights.

Thankfully, the Osaide Foundation for girls pioneered this amazing vision to train and mentor young and aspiring girls like me to pursue and actualize their dreams.

I am grateful to the founder Engr.Dr.Patricia Nekpen Opene-Odili and all members of Osaide for girls for their support in my academic pursuits. I promise to do my best and make the foundation proud.
